More Knights, because you can never have enough of them. These are the Perry Agincourt ones which I knocked out on a whim.

15th Century Knights
Knights. KNIGHTS. Masses of them!
Kept these fairly open, so I can use them throughout all of the 15th C conflicts and into Renaissance with a push.
All Perry, all lovely, as ever. Quite a pleasure.

Through Shadow Deep - 1421 - The Village
We travel for some while before reaching a village. After discussion between us, we enter to search for supplies. There is a silence about the place which makes us uneasy.
Rauf sees the embers of a fire burning, indicating people were here recently. None are seen.
Then we hear it.........a cry. A wounded figure appears.
Three of us run to aid, when a foule figure appears, being walking dead.
This creature advances quickly, ignoring Johns arrows
I hear a cry from behind, as the others in our group spot similar figures and are beset by imps.
I see other figures approaching and call warning to my fellowes.
A building collapses, thankfully far and none is hurt. What is this place?
Brave Rauf takes the fight to this enemie, dealing much damage, whilst I stuggle to deal with my foe.
A call from Rauf indicates he has found another person, recently dead
The rest of our fellows fight the deviles, with Tom Poachers arrows proving strong
I find myself transfixed by this enemie, needing aid from friends. My blows do seeming no damage
Brave Harold finds his warhammer to be of great use in combating these walking dead, as he pursues and destroys them in a rage.
More buildings around us fall into ruin. This is a curs'd tun.
Our immediate fight over, we spy more figures approaching. Good bowmen make ease of these.
I give the call to regroup around the barn, as enemies press us from all sides.
I break the doors of the building, finding store of food. We take this and make our retreat from the village, defending one another.
I check the corpse we pass. English, with a good light hammer. I take this weapon for Harold, for he has show much vigor this day
We carry injuries, mercifully no major wounds nor hurts.
This land is a forsaken place. We take our goods and hurry on.

HYW English Archers
More English archers, following up from the ones I'd previously painted. These are all Perry, singly based for skirmishy gaming and are rather gorgeous models. Highly enjoyable.

Roses - Men at Arms
A wall of steel!
Doddle to knock these out rapidly, shade them and get some weathering done. Really happy with them.
Think I've got more than enough for now as I've somewhere in the region of 86 total.
I'm gonna need to schedule a game in, I think........

Roses - Personalities
All armies need leaders, so I've put a few together using the Foot Knights box.
First up good ol' Edward IV, accompanied by his standard bearer. Who has no name, so lets call him Blaybourne.
Fairly simple to put together, brassed up the armour to make him stand out a bit, as if a whacking great standard isn't going to do enough standing out.
On to Warwick - one of my personal favourites from the era, the magnificent duplicitous bastard.
Went for a more "barking orders" look to this one. Really, I should have done him hacking his horse to death and bellowing I AIN'T GOING NOWHERE YOU SLAGS, which I believe is what he actually said to the troops.
And finally, Somerset, because someone has to face these two. And I've made him almost the same pose as Warwick. This is because I'm an idiot who didn't really pay attention to the model I'd just made beforehand, but there you go.
However, came out rather nicely and a good commanding look about him.
Also, I managed to focus the above pic on the standard bearer, rather than the commander. Its not intentional that the Lancastrians got the rough end of this work, I promise.
Bit of a Towton theme going on here as well.
Lastly, the standards. Now, I enjoy painting these, I always do. Its a micro project in itself, but I always cock them up when adding to the model and getting the wave effect, so they go a bit out of alignment, but never mind, won't matter when the forces are lined up en masse
Start with the outlines.........
Bit of colouring in......
.........and we're done.
